Map of the HORECA value chains. The project EE4HORECA identifies and maps energy processes across the HORECA value chain. The report is based on an analysis of energy practices within both large companies and SMEs. It presents a conceptual map of the sector from an energy perspective, aiming to identify best transferable practices that can reduce the overall energy impact.
